Intellectual property

All research completed as part of the AbleNet Research Consortium will be owned jointly by AbleNet, Inc and the researcher. The researcher retains all rights to publish the work, submit the work for peer review, submit the work to scholarly journals, submit the work in non-scholarly journals, create abstracts, and otherwise promote their work. AbleNet retains the right to promote such finding alongside promotional materials for the products or curriculum studied, publish the abstracts or complete findings on its website, or otherwise promote and distribute the research.
